REPAIRS
We offer a full range of jewelry repair services.
Repair services include work on sterling silver, 14K, 18K, and platinum jewelry; ring sizing; chain soldering; stone replacement; prong retipping, and so much more. We offer expert watch repair on old and new watches, battery replacement, cleaning, and overhauls. We also provide replacement bands, pins, and crystals. We’re proud to offer engraving done by a master hand engraver or by a laser engraving machine. We also do excellent repair on fashion/costume jewelry. The sky is the limit. We do it alll.  Want to know how much it’s going to cost? Just say the word and we’ll get you an estimate.

PEARL AND BEAD RESTRINGING/REDESIGN
We have two professional bead stringers who do beautiful work. Among our specialties are pearl stringing and cleaning. We also can supply more beads and clasps, including magnetic clasps. We can redesign and add to your old favorites!

CUSTOM DESIGN AND REMOUNTS
Tired of the same old thing? We have wonderful sources for ring, pendant, and earring remounts. Donna and Carla can always offer great ideas. Or you can meet with one of our very talented goldsmiths. (Uno habla espagnol.)

APPRAISALS
We offer appraisals by a GIA graduate gemologist.

SPECIAL ORDERS
Can’t find it in the store? We can order it for you. Seen something you like? Bring us a photo if possible, and we’ll start a search.
Remember, "Special orders don’t upset us."

LAY-AWAY AND HOLD
Can’t afford it now? Our great lay-away plan works.
Put 10% down, pay 10% a month, and pay no carrying charges.
We can also put aside an item for up to a month.

EAR PIERCING
We use the Inverness System, and only pierce with 14K gold earrings.
Piercing is free with the earring purchase.

COURIER SERVICES
Running short of time? We can select a gift to fit your needs, and have it sent out quickly. We have a bonded local courier, and offer very reasonable prices.

FREE GIFT WRAPPING
Let us take the hassle out of gift giving.
We have wrapping paper and ribbons for every season and occasion.

FREE JEWELRY CLEANING
We have an ionic cleaning machine and a steam cleaner. Let us put some sparkle back into your favorite pieces!
